Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that midfielder, Naby Keita, will miss the Reds’ Champions League final tie against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday in Madrid.
Klopp said that the Guinean international will not feature against Spurs as he continues to recover from a groin injury.
Klopp’s side reached the Champions League final after defeating Barcelona in the semi-final encounter few weeks ago.
“There’s no chance for Naby, but he’s progressing well,” Klopp said at a press conference on Tuesday.
“Bobby [Firmino] was part of training last week and will be a part again tomorrow and he’s looking good so he will be part of the final I’m sure,” he added.
